The staff was very friendly, and they even upgraded us to an executive room, however even in one of their best rooms our bathroom smelled of fungus and the sides of the bath were stained with black fungus. Absolutely disgusting. Location wasn't good either, poorly lightened small roads to get to the main road. But when we asked for a taxi to get us at 3.45 am, everything was well arranged.

Rooms are quite clean (though I asked to change my first room when I arrived, as it smelled very bad, the second one - room 203 - was way better), personnel - very friendly.
The location of the hotel – you have to go thru some dirty areas to reach the hotel and it's quite hard to find. The views from the room windows are as well facing dirty areas. Shampoo and soaps were not changed in 3 days' time.

The hotel pictures are very deceiving. Things are bad from the start of the stay. The tagline "truly convenient hotel" is utterly misleading as we experience inconvenience from the start! The road to the hotel is a dark alley. This should be made known to couples or families with young kids. It's walkable but you need to pass through dark alleys of about 10 mins, a disused building, and a dark field. The hotel accepts usd and charged us a very expensive idr conversion rate. When we attempted to pay in usd, the hotel did nto have any change. How can this even be an excuse? The reception suggested to return the balance in idr, so we insisted that we be given the same usd conversion rate, which she then admitted that the hotel conversion rate is higher than market. The hotel provides free airport transfer and we have confirmed for transfer at 3.30am in the morning. The staff tried to deny this but I printed out our email correspondence. In the morning, the driver only arrived at 4am after much calling and hassling in the morning and the flight was at 6am!!! To add, the rooms are dirty and mouldy. Ridiculous price for a place like this! Would not recommend to anyone. Just stay away or regret!

The room is big and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. The 15 minute spa is good.
Basically the hotel overall is ok except the road to enter is not very conveniene as we have to walk in very far to enter the hotel. The water flow of the water is very poor as it keep on flow slowly

The hotel was very clean. Our rooms were very good and beds comfortable. It was nice to have a lift to get to our room. We were provided with a free 15 minute massage and airport shuttle. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed spending time near the pool. The staff were especially helpful. The location was in easy walking distance to Kuta beach and shops.
Only negative comment about the hotel is the lane to get there. The tour guides had problems with picking us up as the lane is narrow near the hotel. It is also an eyesore with the rubbish lying in a heap on the side of the lane.

Good value for a short journey. Near the airport, with free shuttle. Spacious room, well equiped. Quite place 5 minutes walk from main road where you can found travel agencies, shops, restaurants and bars.
You should hold a lamp while coming back to the hotel by night (from 6 pm), because the 500m from main road have no public light and is not well indicated.

The staff. The most co operative and helpful I have ever seen. Always smiling and eager to help. Will do all they can to make your stay nice and enjoyable.
Its away from the beach and the road. 200-300 m walk to the road, and 2 km to the beach.

The staff was nice and helpfully with me. They have free transfer to the airport. The problem is maybe the untidy room. The smell was not very nice although was mostly clean without big problems. The pool on the terrace offers a nice view over Kuta and is nice. 5 over 10:)
The bathroom was not very very clean.

i like their friendliness and their hospitality to fetch and send to airport. They were also nice to attend to any complaints and responsive enough. Price is absolute reason since my conference is just 5 minutes and other hotel is expensive. Location wise, the hotel is extremely near with all comfortable Wi-Fi spot such as Starbucks and Coffee Bean.
The jacuzzi pool is a bit off and have a little pressure and it shouldn't be called jacuzzi at all. This is my first time visiting a hotel without wardrobe so it's pretty weird for me. The hotel shower room should have a curtains. The walkaway is a bit dark and I was sometimes afraid of neighbor dogs barking.

New and clean
The room we booked was not available when we arrived, missing bed linen, not internet in the room, only 1 breakfast tray for 3 people, the front desk was unable to use the credit card machine, the location is Kuta south, a bit far from legian... very disappointed...

Very clean, quiet & private. Max 6 rooms per floor.15 mins to airport. Free transfer to & from airport. Not too far away from shopping & beach. Just walk out to the main road & take a short cab ride to Discovery Mall.
WIFI is only available on 1st floor. Should have it in the room or at least on every floor.

The more than adequate service rendered and the tasteful decor presented for a budget hotel.
They could light up the roof top pool area at night for a limited time although pool is closed as the view from the roof is very nice

helpful staff though there seemed to be some confusion as to whether I had pre-paid the bill or not. In fact I still don't know if I paid twice...
bathroom needs some attention
